Your and our health comes first

We are of course taking the necessary measures in connection with the coronavirus. For you and our health. After all, in the salon we work with our hands, and there is physical contact between the practitioner and you. Our guidelines went, go and will always be based on good hygienic conditions. In connection with the coronavirus, we apply the following rules and measures:

  • Vaccination: a massage is not possible within 5 days after your vaccination. This restriction does not apply to facial treatments.
  • Registration: we are required to register our visitors. We use the details of your booking for this. Therefore, fill in your name, telephone number and e-mail address completely and correctly when booking.
  • Mouth caps: a mouth cap is mandatory for employees and customers. You do not need to wear a cap in the treatment room. Of course you can, if you like. The practitioner will wear a face mask during the treatment.

Opening hours and availability

We don’t take any risks when it comes to health. As a result, it is possible that the occupation in our salons is sometimes less than usual, or that the opening hours vary. When you book a treatment, you will see all available dates and times. In the unlikely event that a booked treatment cannot take place, we will of course contact you for a new appointment.

What can you expect from us during a treatment?

  • We pay attention to our health. If a therapist has complaints, he or she does not come to work.
  • After every treatment, we take plenty of time to clean, replace and/or disinfect material.
  • We don’t shake your hand when you greet or say goodbye. We don’t hang your coat either.
  • We provide a maximum number of people in the salon.
  • We take measures to keep 1,5 meters away outside the treatment room.
  • The practitioner decides whether a treatment is given. If he or she suspects complaints, the treatment can be refused.

What do we expect from you during a treatment?

  • You follow the instructions of your practitioner
  • You cancel your treatment if you have complaints that may indicate COVID-19 infection or if you have been in contact with someone with a COVID-19 infection in the past 14 days.
